When you fill in the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, company name (optional), business email, industry and the service you’re interested in.
This website does not use advertising cookies or any advertising tracking tool.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and schedule an assessment.
- To send you a proposal or information related to your request.
- To send you email communications, only if you have consented. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers and hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages from the form are routed through the FormSubmit service, which forwards your request to our mailbox. These providers may process data outside Quebec. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on the business relationship, then we destroy it securely.
Your rights
You can request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by writing to the address above. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the requests we receive is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
