AI lets you write faster. But generic text with no personality convinces no one. Here's how to get the most out of it.
Give it context
The more precise your request, the better the result: your industry, your typical client, the tone you want, an example of writing you like.
Use AI for structure, not substance
Let it suggest an outline, headings or a first version. Then bring what it doesn't know: your real examples, your numbers, your stories, your experience.
Read it out loud
If a sentence doesn't sound like something you'd say to a client, rewrite it.
Check every fact
Laws, dates, numbers, program names: AI can make things up with total confidence. Check with official sources.
Add your experience
Readers and search engines value real expertise. "During an inspection last winter, we found…" beats generalities.
Be transparent when needed
For some content, it may be appropriate to mention that a tool helped with the writing. What matters is that the final content is accurate and that you take responsibility for it.
